After purchasing a new vehicle, and being dissatisfied with my current State farm agent, I was forced to get the new vehicle insured with another company. I hated to leave state farm after 40 years...so I stopped by Jennifer Flowers branch. All of the staff were super friendly. I was especially lucky to have Paula Clark helping me; she reviewed my file prior to our meeting, and quickly found ways to make my car insurance affordable. Paula is amazing, and the reason that I am staying with State Farm insurance. I could not be happier, with my new friends at Jennifer Flowers State Farm.

State Farm Agent Jennifer Flowers and her staff are quite knowledgeable and helpful with all types of insurance products, as well as financial / investment needs. We have worked with Ms. Flowers over the past several months as we transitioned from working full-time to retirement; her advice and guidance has been very sound and of great value to us. She takes the time necessary to research and present different options, and to ensure everything is thoroughly explained to our satisfaction. Also, her office staff members are both professional and courteous, and demonstrate a high degree of customer care and focus. When you first walk in, it's a really bone-silent office. It's so quiet that even the air makes noise. Even so, it's spotlessly clean. The front desk lady was very nice, but what made the experience very pleasant and grateful was working with Jeff Phipps who has a very soft voice and a very friendly atmosphere around him. Milkeya was another helpful person; very encouraging, positive-driving woman. Smile is beautiful and treats you like family.
